SURVIVING A BREAKUPif you are feeling exhausted,beat up, && emotionslly mangled becoz of d breakup. try to reead this..(it might help you.)
relationship end, && sumtimes for reasons no immediately comprehensible. && yet, quite naturally, the heartbroken often demand to know *WHY?*..

*admit that d relationship is OVER..totally over.
*write or TALK about it in detail to a close friend.(telling sumwan else, if you havent already is a sign that you admit that d BREAKUP is REAL..hahaha yes yes tinuod!..)
*CRY, SHOUT, KICK THE WALLS, PUNCH THE WALLS(my ultimate anti depressant..ataya lng..) wd ds ul b able to release all the negative energy smoldering insyd YOU(ohyeaaaah!)
*ASK HELP FROM A FRIEND(whom you think is the most gentle and supportive)
*be HONEST wd wut you feel.tok 2 dem and never afraid to cry(yoh! dudeeee its okae to b wreck for a while..rofl)
* NEVER EVER ASK FOR **WHAT IF`(s)** it can drive you around the bend.(SIMPLIEST ADVICE)
* WHATEVER YOU DO,DONT DONT DONT LISTEN TO ANY SAD SONGS OR MUSIC!IT WILL ONLY MAKE YOU FEEL WORSE.(ul tend to be so emotional,emo na daun.hahahaahahaha)..

*TRAVEL,go somewhere youve never been. you neeed to get away from the immediate surroundings and realize that there is a huge world out there with endless possibilities and billions of people that uv never met..
*find a new passion
